Hi, I’m Selene!
I’m passionate about the intersection of personal sovereignty and relational intimacy. I believe that coming into right relationship with self and other is fundamental to building a world where love and freedom thrive.

I have many years experience helping kind, creative, pleasure seekers just like you build relationships based on what they want and need rather than on default cultural messages about how relationships are “supposed to be”.
I know first hand how challenging it can be to honor and attend to all the moving parts when monogamy agreements are in flux. I know that it is often complex, messy, and does not read like a textbook wish list for ideal kitchen table polyamory. I know this doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong.
My relationship ecosystem has undergone many iterations, including transitioning a relationship that was monogamous for twenty-five years into a non-monogamous relationship that is eight years and counting, and stronger than ever.
Relationship Agreement Package
Individual Groundwork
You and your partner each get a private 90-minute session to explore your personal desires, fears, and boundaries before bringing them into the relationship.
Conscious Conversations
In a 4-hour guided session, you’ll practice clear, compassionate communication and co-regulation techniques to stay grounded as you explore sensitive topics. During this time, you’ll work together to draft a relationship agreement that honors both freedom and connection.
Optional Follow-Up
After you’ve had time to put your agreement into practice, we can check in and make adjustments as needed.
Logistics: What You Need to Know
Number and Length of Sessions:
Step 1: Individual Coaching – Two private 90-minute Zoom sessions (one for each partner).
Step 2: Joint Intensive Session – A 4-hour guided session (either virtually on Zoom or in-person in nature).
(Optional) Follow-Up Session – A 90-minute Zoom session to review and refine your agreement after you’ve had time to live into it.
How You’ll Interact with Me and Each Other:
Individual Sessions: We’ll explore your desires, fears, and boundaries privately before bringing them into the shared space.
Joint Intensive Session: You and your partner will engage in structured conversations, with my guidance to practice co-regulation, navigate emotional intensity, and co-create an agreement that works for both of you.
Between Sessions: Email support is available for quick questions or clarifications.
When you sign up, you’ll be given access to a scheduling calendar you can use to schedule your 1:1’s. The person who signs up will get a link for themselves, and one to share with the partner they are doing the program with. Once you’ve both completed your 1:1’s you’ll receive a link to sign up for your intensive, including a way to specify if you’d like it to be online or in person, and instructions for how to ensure a quality experience.
How to Sign Up:

Individual Sessions: All private sessions take place on Zoom to allow for face-to-face interaction, regardless of location. You’ll receive a secure Zoom link before each session.
Joint Intensive Session: You have two options for this session:
Virtual Option: A 4-hour Zoom session with guided communication practice and relationship agreement creation.
In-Person Option: A 4-hour immersive session held outdoors in a natural setting (such as by a river or in a peaceful outdoor space). This option allows for a more embodied, grounded experience while engaging in these meaningful conversations.
This is for you if...
You have a history of monogamy together and you have a sense its time to explore something different
One or both of you is experiencing new relationship energy with someone else, but you want to make sure you take care of your existing relationship
This is not for you if…
You’re not both invested in the process
You need to work through big feelings about betrayal before you are ready to create new agreements (in that case, therapy might be a better fit)

That’s totally okay! This process is not about making a decision before you’re ready. The goal is to give you both the tools and space to explore what feels right for your relationship. Whether you decide to open your relationship or strengthen the container you already have, you’ll leave with greater clarity and deeper connection.

The full process typically takes 3-5 weeks, depending on how quickly you choose to move through the steps:
Step 1: Individual Sessions – 90 minutes each (one for each partner).
